The inspiration behind Emilio Development is to create both
a "home" for a family and a beautiful "house" in the community.
Lucille and Tony DiPasquale, owners of Emilio Development Inc.,
have been in business for over twenty years and have constructed
nearly fifty homes in New Jersey. They are "builders with tools"
constructing their houses a few at a time. Tony, a retired wood
shop teacher with over thirty years of experience, installs the
kitchens, vanities, doors, trim, and finish work. Lucille focuses
on the purchasing, planning, and coordinating of materials and
labor aspects of the business. They take a very personal interest
in each of their buyers to bring them the very best quality at the
most reasonable price. |
